What if I need to return a unit – can I get a refund?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase from ZipnHang.com for any reason, we can offer refunds up to 30 days from the purchase date. Just fill out the return form here. If you purchased ZipnHang indirectly (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), refund requests need to be submitted through the website you purchased from. We may ask you to return your ZipnHang at our expense before a refund is applied.
